Shipping costs

Shipping to Malta is free for orders from €30.

We deliver to Malta, Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Croatia.

Delivery times

Delivery to Malta takes 5 to 10 working days. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page and at checkout. Delivery times start from payment confirmation; for orders paid by bank transfer, from receipt of the payment. During peak season or around public holidays, delivery may take a few days longer.

Tracking

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track it. If the order consists of several parcels, they may be delivered separately.

Delivery method

The standard service is kerbside delivery to the address given in the order. The courier is not required to contact you before delivery; if you are not at home, a second attempt is made free of charge. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the goods are held in storage and releasing them is charged for.

Additional services

Where available, we can arrange additional services such as delivery by appointment, delivery to your floor or delivery to a different address. These services are charged for and quoted on request: to ask for them, write to info@rattatanshop.mt with your order number.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not left our warehouse, by writing to info@rattatanshop.mt (2% of the amount is withheld from the refund to cover bank charges). Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed: you can exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, with the return costs paid by you. Checking on delivery

On delivery, check the number of parcels and the condition of the packaging. If any packaging is damaged, sign for the delivery "with reservation" and describe the damage. Report any damage within 8 calendar days of delivery by writing to info@rattatanshop.mt, with photos of the product and the packaging. More details in the Refund Policy.
